Shipping times depend on your location. Most orders arrive within a few days to a week in most Southeast Asian countries.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. You can message me on WhatsApp to discuss your idea and I will let you know what is possible, along with the pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is arranged through WhatsApp. I will send you the available options depending on your country. For SEA, Shopee, GoPay, QRIS, bank transfer, and card are available. All prices listed on the website are pretax for international orders and do not include shipping.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Everything is handmade with care, and each piece may have slight variations that make it unique.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is available for most destinations. I will share the tracking number with you once your package is shipped.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Message me within 48 hours after receiving your package if there is an issue.
